A dashboard needs an evidence trail

The Uber NCR project analyzes 150,000 bookings and reports a 62.0% completion rate. The dashboard connects demand, cancellations, vehicles, and revenue rather than treating each KPI as an isolated number.

The repository documents requirements and a UAT plan alongside the report. These documents support review; the requirements were written after the dashboard build, so they are not evidence of a pre-build acceptance process.

The Kaggle dataset appears synthetic. Estimated revenue at risk is exposure calculated in the sample, not a claim about Uber’s actual operations or money saved.
